1. Introduction

Welcome to UniHubPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use UniHubPay services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have the legal capacity to enter contracts
  • Complete KYC verification as required
  • Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One person may only have one active account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Services Provided

UniHubPay offers:

  • Digital wallet services
  • Money transfers between users
  • Bill payments (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.)
  • Mobile recharges and DTH services
  • Movie, flight, bus, and hotel bookings
  • Bank withdrawals
  • Cashback and rewards programs

5. Fees & Charges

We may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.

6. Transactions & Refunds

All transactions are subject to verification. Transaction limits apply based on your KYC status. Refunds are processed only for failed transactions or service delivery failures, typically within 5-7 business days. Successfully completed transactions are generally non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for illegal activities or fraud
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Engage in money laundering
  • Hack or compromise our systems
  • Use automated bots or scripts
  • Provide false information
  • Abuse cashback or referral programs

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, provide false information, or as required by law. Upon termination, your remaining balance will be transferred to your linked bank account after verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

UniHubPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of information. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 6 months or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by UniHubPay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chandigarh, India. Courts in Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
